The pneumatically actuated Liquidyn P-Jet SolderPlus jet valve features a modular design, which simplifies maintenance and reduces service time. Pre-qualified SolderPlus solder paste from Nordson EFD streamlines implementation of the system by delivering a complete, qualified solution.

The non-contact dispensing system eliminates the need for Z-axis movement, allowing for faster production speeds. The system also makes it easy to dispense solder paste consistently onto uneven surfaces. It protects fragile substrates from damage since there is no contact.
