iFeed friction feeder model TF04-300, a tabletop friction feeder integrated with a 650mm long vacuum belt conveyor and ‘No Materials Auto Stop’ function capable of speed up to 60m per minute.

The feeder is designed to feed all types of materials such as labels, folded boxes, cardboard/plastic cards, laminated pouches, plastic preform bags, paper or flexible plastic envelopes and all type of suitable materials that can be easily separated by the feeder. The feed magazine will take up to a stack height of over 200mm and can accept material thickness from 0.1 – 10mm.

The design of the feeder conveyor allows the attachment of CIJ Ink Jet printer, Thermal Ink Jet, Piezo Ink Jet, Labelling machine, Vision Inspection, and other types of equipment at speed up to 60m per minute. Various types of options are available such as product counters, double detection, automatic collection conveyor, and Inkjet Printer. The design allows for fast and easy changeover of sizes without tools.
