Beverage marking tests the reliability of laser systems, due to the high speed of the production lines, and their humid and dusty environments.

The Macsa ID SPA CIP has been designed to operate reliably in wash, wet and dusty environments, adding complete protection to the laser tube and lenses. The machine has been developed and tested with IP65 protection, available in 10W and 30W:

• It is fully protected and dust tight.
• It is completely protected from jets of water in all directions.

In case you need a laser for marking drinks with more protection, or another product that requires a CO2 laser, the SPA CIP 80W / 125W IP66 laser is available: it is the fastest marking system on the market, designed to be installed in any labeling system (Krones, KHS …), prepared to print up to 2500 characters / sec. and with IP66.
